Is there a free trial?

Basic is free with no time limit, and needs no card. Plus and Pro start with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers who upgrade in the app. Plus doesn't ask for a card up front; Pro does.

How does annual billing work?

You pay for 10 months and get 12. Plus is $190 a year (you save $38) and Pro is $390 a year (you save $78).

Can I change plans later?

Yes. On Basic, choose Upgrade in the app's Settings. On Plus or Pro, open Settings and choose Manage to switch between Plus and Pro, or between monthly and annual billing; the difference is prorated. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Basic.

What counts as a group?

A group is what you share and the people you share it with: a home you own with your siblings, a rental you bought with friends, or a family investment pool. Each group has its own members, assets, ledger and currency. Only groups you run as an admin count toward your plan.

Does everyone in a group need a paid plan?

No. A group's limits on assets, members, documents and exports follow the plan of the person who created it, so everyone in a Plus group gets Plus limits there. AI follows the group's plan too, but counts per person: each member gets the daily KinCoPilot messages and AI insight refreshes for themselves. The activity log is the exception for now: it follows each person's own plan.

Yes. The API reference is live at kinco.io/docs, and access is by request while we open it up. Email [email protected] and we'll set you up.

When should I choose Enterprise?

When you're a family office, trust or institution that needs a custom contract and terms, hands-on onboarding, or seats for your accountant and advisors. Email [email protected] and we'll scope a plan with you.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, through Stripe. Monthly and annual billing are both available.
